Join us for the East Midlands Boater Conference on Tuesday 5th April 2022,
11:30am to 4:30pm, at Northampton University. An opportunity to discuss our
regions canals, rivers and tow paths as we come together to share ideas,
experiences and suggestions. This will be a FREE event.
The day will include:
- A buffet lunch on arrival and time to network with Canal and River Trust staff and fellow boaters. If you have any special dietary needs please email:eastmidlands.support@canalrivertrust.org.uk.
- Presentations from experienced colleagues from the local team who will share future plans for the Trust nationally and in and around our region.
- Discussion time on subjects put forward by you, in smaller break out tables to give everyone a chance to share.
- Open Q+A time on topics not covered during previous discussions.
- Refreshments and breaks throughout.

GETTING TO NORTHAMPTON UNIVERSITY
By Train – The train station is a 20 minute walk away, a distance of just under one mile. There is a bus service a ten minute walk from the train station to the university, which runs every 30 minutes.
