Membership of The Boating Association is completely FREE. Everything we achieve is made possible through the sale of our charts and merchandise, together with the generous support of donations from members and waterway users.
The Boating Association is a not-for-profit organisation run entirely by volunteers. We are actively raising funds to improve the waterways network between Nottingham and Ripon, creating better facilities, navigation, and experiences for the benefit of all boaters.
Every donation, large or small, helps us strengthen our voice and deliver meaningful improvements across the network.
Where projects fall under the jurisdiction of another organisation, any funds contributed towards those works will be ringfenced and used exclusively for the agreed improvements that support our objectives and benefit the boating community.
